HRC will be implementing a new phone and calendar management system which will make connecting with us easier!


Direct Calls/Texts: Our Client Relations Team will no longer have a generic phone number. Each Account Manager will have a dedicated phone number so that when you want to call your account contact, all you have to do is pick up the phone! Not only can you call your Account Manager, you can also text them!


Calendar Appointments: Using Google Calendar, you can directly book a video conference with your account contact! If we need to book some time with you, we will share our calendar so that you can choose the time that best fits your schedule. Gone are the days of emailing back and forth to pick a meeting time!


Effective April 1, 2024, our Client Relations IVR system will be deactivated. You will no longer need to call our general Customer Service line, 603-647-1147, to speak with your dedicated Account Manager after April 1st!


Your Account Manager will be reaching out to each Partner's point of contact shortly with their updated contact information. Once you have your Account Manager's contact information, you are free to use it.
